Mary McCormack

Mary McCormack, an American actress, is well known for her performance as the lead in TV series like The West Wing "In Plain Sight," and Loaded.' Her film roles include Private Parts, Deep Impact True Crime, and 1408. McCormack was born to the owner of an ice cream shop and the clinical psychologist. Her family does not have any connections to the entertainment industry. McCormack was a student at Wardlaw-Hartridge School and, following her parents' divorce in 1990, she was accepted to Trinity College in Hartford in Connecticut. The college graduated her in the Bachelor of Arts program of comparative art. Her acting career began in the age of 12 when she performed in a stage production of a Christmas musical titled "Amahl and the Night Visitors'. McCormack continued to appear in theatre and ultimately bagged roles on both the smaller and big screens. McCormack has risen to become one of the world's best actors.
